Hello, I’m Hailey Hardison, a 21 yr old college student.  I’ve always wanted to start a clothing business that shows both sides of my personality in a unique way.  One is my ‘Southern Belle’ side  that is  quiet and reserved who loves to dress up and look pretty.  I grew up in Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia, and as a child can never remember a time that I was not wearing a dress and hair bow. The other side is my “Sparkle” who is fun and outgoing, thus ‘Red and Ruby’ was created.
